The purpose of this webinar is to learn about the findings of a recent Consumer Report study on the performance of online cost estimator tools and related resources featured on health plan web portals. There will discussion on working collaboratively to improve access to cost-quality information for New York consumers and to promote health plan member utilization of existing tools.
